This will be our first weekend on the program and several of you have mentioned that you will be attending special events, celebrations, etc. Not to worry! Remember, we are not dieting we are making smarter choices in our food selections.
Think about who is in control. WE ARE! Get back OVEREATING FOOD MONSTER!! Are we going to continue to allow “food” to control our destiny and our life? NO!
I’ve heard several of you say that you have been surprisingly satisfied with the amount of food/points. Some of you have said - “I’m not going to need all these points.” Those comments show that you are looking at how you view food consumption differently. Remember, you “must” use all of your daily points. TRUST ME – YOU CAN’T FOOL YOUR BODY! Don’t be afraid to go into your FLEXPOINTS if you have to.
Our focus is “Wellness” eating healthier, moving our bodies more, and FREEING OUR MIND (good-bye stress). Because “we are what we eat,” we are no longer allowing FOOD to CONTROL who we are. So, keep it simple and remember to JOURNAL, JOURNAL, and JOURNAL; STAY HYDRATED, AND GET MOVING!!!
