DAILY: List what you eat, drink and what activities you do, note their POINT values, and record your balance. WEEKLY: Record your weight on the Weight Chart. MONTHLY: Check your body measurements and clothing size and record them on the charts provided. At a glance you’ll be able to see how you’re doing. And seeing how you’re doing is a great motivator. |
