Catch the Pedometer Bug!Walking is such a great way to burn calories and get the heart pumping. Within Wellness Warriors, there is a small group who have caught the Pedometer Bug. We are tracking our steps and reaching our goals! Recent health guides say that we should walk 10,000 steps per day, this averages a little under 5 miles and 500 calories burned.
